On a trip to China, Marsha was enamored by the Shanghai skyline. At night the buildings burst with light, which gave her a rush of emotion and she had to recreate this feeling in her line. To recreate the glowing skyline, she used electroluminescent wire, raw silk, and charmeuse purchased in China.
